"We are dedicated to improving the lives of children and lowering domestic violence through parent education"

Welcome to BREAK THROUGH LEARNING CENTER, an affiliate of ASPASIA LEADERSHIP, LLC.

Break Through Learning Center (BTLC) provides court-approved, educational services including extended parent and anger management courses, personalized parent coaching, parent mediation and family reconciliation as a necessary part of high conflict intervention including family courts in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.

Due to the current COVID19 pandemic, the backup in family court continues to prevent local educators from conducting on site parent education courses and services. Therefore, parenting class instruction as well as client consultations are delivered through a distance learning platform which is available to parents throughout Washington State.

BTLC services are also available to out-of-state and Canadian family courts as well.

“Dr. Hughes,

I just wanted to thank you for your thoughtful and insightful guidance throughout this course. You invoked self – accountability and being open minded by being centrically focused on human rights. This perpetuated and excelled my ability to have tremendous self-growth.

I cannot put into the words the impact you have had on me and the positive impact it has had in my parenting, co-parenting, socially and professionally.

I will plan on taking another course in the future, as I believe in the benefits that derives from this type of curriculum.”
